Vintage Kay 5 String ''Open Back'' Banjo
1st string slips some while tuning - I'm pretty sure it may need replaced.
Previous owner a Grateful Dead sticker on the head, (the head is not cracked)
Warming up the sticker with a hair dryer and peeling it away slowly may work, but I'm not going to try.
I believe it was made in the late 50's - early 60's
Very few light scratches - Great shape for an instrument that is nearly 50 years-old!!
Comes with case.
Other than that, I really don't have any other information.
