 I charge ONLY the actual shipping and insurance charges. We don't make money on these charges. Often times the shipping calculator is WAY off!! So the deal is, unless we have made some pre-arrangements, I find out what the shipping is, relay that to the buyer, and that is the figure we use in determining shipping cost.
