A friend asked me to sell this banjo for her. It is a 1974/75 Gibson Mastertone . The banjo belonged to my friends husband who passed away a couple of years ago . We hope we can find this instrument a nice home !!! The banjo has some normal fret wear, but is in very good condition . It sounds great and plays well . It has a small hole in the side of the neck, near the 5th string peg,.where a slinding capo was once mounted . The instrument comes with a hard shell case, but is not the original Gibson case .
