Nice 4 string Ludwig Kingston Banjo. Serial #4914 which makes it a 1926 year model. It has Planet Tuners with ,Looks like Ivory Knobs. This bajo is very playable. It is very solid with no cracks, and few dings and scratches. Nice inlay on back and around the pot. Has a clear drum head, 10.75'' with 26 bolt flange. Has the original Ludwig Tail Piece. Has very little fret wear. It comes with the original hard case with the Ludwig Tag inside. Case is in good condition. All latches work well. Has a lid on a compartment inside the case. Fret board has some glue where someone had something glued between some of the frets.And glued a jewel on the head. Should be able to remove it. It does not effect play ability. It could use some cleaning. Overall, for an 84 year old banjo ,the banjo and cse is in pretty good condition. This is just my opinion. Look at the pictures and ask questions if you like and judge for yourself . I know very little about musical instruments.
